中文摘要: 原矿品位越来越低导致选厂效益日渐低下,是当今选矿企业面临的形势之一,从而人们不得不考虑降低成本来提高经济效益。在选矿厂中最值得研究的就是在磨矿阶段节能降耗,绿色生产。微波助磨是现阶段广受选矿工作者青睐的技术。本文针对陕西某低品位钼矿石的工艺特征,采用微波预处理,探讨了该矿石微波处理前后矿石的各种变化及采用微波助磨的可能性。研究表明,微波的处理能使矿石的矿物间产生裂纹、强度降低,使得矿物更易磨碎,且不影响矿石的可浮性。
Abstract:It’s a current situation mineral processing enterprises have to face that its profit is getting lower and lower owing to the decreasing grade of the raw ore. So, people have to consider improving economic benefit by reducing its cost. Energy saving and green production in grinding stage is a part that deserves to be studied in a mineral processing plant. Microwave-assisted grinding is a technology that wins good graces of mineral processing research workers at present. According to the process mineralogy characteristic of a low-grade molybdenum ore in ShanXi, this paper investigates on the various changes of the ore after microwave pre-treatment and show the possibility of microwave-assisted grinding treatment. The results show that microwave treatment can generate cracks among minerals to decrease the mineral strength, thus making the minerals easier to grind without changing its floatability.
