This paper summarizes the fundamentals,ingredients and preparation technology of Solid Emulsion Explosives(SEE).Typical examples of SEE preparation are described.Some problems related to SEE are discussed and technical methods to solve these problems are proposed.Finally,this paper predicts the future development of SEE.
