    摘要:

    通过热力学分析验证了CaO作为铝酸钠溶液脱硅剂的合理性。试验表明:脱硅率随着CaO用量的增加而增加,随着反应温度的升高及反应时间的延长而增加。最佳的脱硅实验条件为:CaO用量为4g/L,脱硅反应温度为85℃,反应时间为2h,经过反应,铝酸钠溶液中硅的脱除率可达98.52%,脱硅后液残余Si浓度可控制在0.50mg/L以下。

    Abstract:

    As the desilicating agent of sodium aluminate solution calcium oxide(CaO)is rational though thermomechanical analysis.The results showed desilication rate is increased with CaO addition,temperature increase and time extension. The optimized technological conditions for the deep desilication in sodium aluminate solution are as follows: the amount of CaO added is 4g/L, temperature is 85℃,and desilication duration time is 2h.In the experiment desilication rate is 98.52% and the surplus Si in sodium aluminate solution is bellow 0.50mg/L.
