    为提高海南某铜钴矿金属资源回收率,在原矿工艺矿物学研究的基础上,系统性考察了再磨细度、捕收剂种类、石灰用量对铜钴混浮指标的影响。研究结果表明,原矿中铜、钴品位分别为1.28%和0.44%,铜、钴均主要以硫化物矿相存在,其中黄铜矿平均嵌布粒度约0.15 mm,硫化钴平均嵌布粒度仅为0.084 mm。通过浮选参数优化试验,最终确定,在浮选给矿粒度-325目占比68.28%、石灰用量2000 g/t、Z200作为浮选捕收剂的条件下进行铜钴混浮,然后再进行铜钴分离浮选,可获得铜品位24.90%、回收率83.83%的铜精矿,以及钴品位1.11%、回收率88.28%的钴精矿。相比先前的工艺条件,铜精矿和钴精矿产品质量均显著提高,该研究结果对实现铜钴矿资源高效利用具有一定的指导意义。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the recovery rate of metal resources in a copper and cobalt mine in Hainan, the effects of regrind fineness, collector type and lime dosage on the copper and cobalt mixed flotation process were systematically investigated based on a process mineralogical study of the raw ore. The results show that the grades of copper and cobalt in the raw ore are 1.28% and 0.44%, respectively, and the copper and cobalt mainly exist in the sulfide mineral phase, in which the average embedded particle size of chalcopyrite is about 0.15 mm, and the average embedded particle size of cobalt sulfide is only 0.084 mm. Through the optimisation experiments of the flotation parameters, it was finally determined that the copper and cobalt mixed flotation was carried out under the conditions of grinding fineness - 325 mesh accounting for 68.28%, lime dosage of 2000 g/t and Z200 as the flotation collector, and then the copper and cobalt separated flotation was carried out, which could obtain the copper concentrate with a grade of 24.90% and a recovery of 83.83%, and the cobalt concentrate with a grade of 1.11% and a recovery of 88.28%. Compared to the previous process conditions, the quality of both copper and cobalt concentrates was significantly improved and the results of this study are of great importance for the efficient utilisation of copper and cobalt ore resources.
