中文摘要: 介绍了用光学显微镜和图像分析技术测量永磁铁氧体材料显微晶料大小及粒度分布等参数的方法,以及将该法应用于永磁材料生产中产品质量检测的效果。实践证明,这种检测方法是快速、有效的,将其作为永磁产品质量的常规物理检测手段,能实现及时调整生产工艺条件,达到稳定产品质量的目的。
Abstract:The method for measuring the grain size and distribution of crystal particles in permanent magnetic ferrite materials by means of the optical microscopy and image processing technique,and its application effectiveness are introduced in this paper.The practice has shown that this method is quick and effective.To use this technique as the routine physical detection way in production of the permanent magnetic material will be rather favorable for adjusting the process conditions in time and controlling the product quality steadily.
