中文摘要: 以硼酸、乙醇胺、甲基丙烯酰氯等为主要原料,合成了改性硼酸盐晶须用新型可聚合硼酸酯偶联剂,由红外光谱IR对其进行表征和确认。实验研究了原料配比、阻聚剂的选择对硼酸酯收率影响,并考察了产物的物理性能、水解性能以及聚合性能。结果表明:此类硼酸酯偶联剂具有很好的储存性和实用性。
Abstract:A novel polymerizable borate ester surfactant was prepared by boric acid, ethanolamine and methacryloyl chloride, and characterized and identified by IR. Experimental study of raw material ratio and the selection of polymerization inhibitor selection that effects the yield of boric acid ester coupling agent is implemented,and the product physical, hydrolysis and polymerization performance are inspected. The results show that boric acid ester coupling agent is of good self-storage properties and practical performance.
