      采用IST-1600PC熔点熔速测试仪,对CaO-MgO-FeO-Al2O3-SiO2-P2O5熔渣的熔化温度进行了测试。根据熔融还原冶炼惠民高磷铁矿的试验特点和工艺条件,选择的熔渣成分组合为:二元碱度0.8~1.4,Al2O3含量6.4%~12.4%,P2O5含量0%~3%、分别固定MgO、FeO含量为4%、12%。研究表明,当P2O5或Al2O3含量一定时,碱度对熔化温度的影响趋于一致:熔渣的熔化温度随着熔渣碱度的增大先降低后升高,在碱度R为1.0时最低,而且最低点的温度与P2O5或Al2O3含量成正比,P2O5或Al2O3含量越高,最低点处的温度越高;当碱度或P2O5含量一定时,熔化温度会在Al2O3含量为9.4%时出现拐点;当碱度或Al2O3含量一定时,熔化温度均随着P2O5含量的增加而提高。

      The melting temperatures of smelting reduction slag compositions of CaO-MgO-FeO-Al2O3-SiO2-P2O5 with basicity (mass ratio of CaO to Al2O3)ranging from 0.8 to 1.4、 Al2O3 ranging from 6.4% to 12.4、P2O5 ranging 0% to 3% and the content of MgO、FeO fixed as 4%、12% respectively, of which Accorded to the characteristic and process conditions of Huimin high-phosphorus iron smelted by smelting reduction, were measured using IST-1600PC Melting Temperature Measuring Apparatus, The research results showed that the effect of slag basicity on melting temperature tended to be consistent, the Melting Temperature Firstly decreased and then increased with increasing the slag basicity at a fixed P2O5 or Al2O3 content, and the minimum values were reached and were Proportional to the content of P2O5 or Al2O3 as slag basicity was 1.0; the Melting Temperature values appeared inflection point at a fixed slag basicity or P2O5 content; the Melting Temperature increased with increasing P2O5 content at a fixed slag basicity or Al2O3.
