中文摘要: 目前,我国煤矿井下辅助运输状况相比于国外先进采煤国家还有很大差距,辅助运输的落后与开采技术的突飞猛进、采煤机械化程度的显著提高相比显得格格不入。因此,改良辅助运输方式极为迫切。山西临汾某整合矿井仍采用传统的轨道运输系统,存在着运行环节多、速度慢、效益低、占用人员和设备多及安全、适应性和机动性均较差等问题,已成为制约其生产发展的薄弱环节。鉴于以上认识,本次优化设计目的即将现有的井下轨道辅助运输方式改为无轨胶轮车运输,通过优化改造后,在生产、运输及安全等方面取得了良好的成效。
Abstract:At present, compared to the advanced foreign coal mining countries, there is a great gap in China"s coal mine auxiliary transportation condition, it’s inharmonious between the backward of auxiliary transportation and the high speed developing of mining technology and the significantly improving of the coal mining mechanization level. Therefore, it’s extremely urgent to improve the way of auxiliary transportation. An integration of mine is still using the traditional auxiliary transportation system in Shanxi LinFen, which exists the operational links, slow speed, low efficiency, occupation of personnel and equipment and safety, adaptability, mobility is poor and so on, that has become the weak link of restricting the development of production. In view of the above understanding, the purpose of the optimized design scheme is to transform the existing way of underground rail auxiliary transportation into Trackless Rubber-Tyred Vehicle transportation, through the optimized of transformation, we achieved good results in the production, transportation and safety aspects.
