中文摘要: 采用先氧化后水解沉淀法去除氧化锌浸出系统中高锑溶液的杂质锑,考察了高锑溶液pH值、反应温度、反应时间、高锰酸钾用量等因素对除锑率的影响。结果表明,保持溶液温度在50℃左右,pH 3.8,按理论量1.4倍加入高锰酸钾,反应时间45min,锑的去除率达94%,溶液中剩余的锑含量小于2mg/L。

Abstract:The process of oxidation first then hydrolysis precipitation was used in removing Sb from the high-antimony solution of zinc oxide leaching system in this paper. The effects of reaction time, addition amount of potassium permanganate, reaction temperature and the pH value of high-antimony solution on the removal rate of antimony were investigated. The experimental results indicated that 94% of antimony was removed from the high-antimony solution of zinc oxide under the condition of 45min reaction time, 50℃, pH 3.8 and 1.4 times theoretical addition amount of potassium permanganate, and that the antimony content of the residual solution was lower than 2mg/L.
