中文摘要: 椰壳活性炭目前是国内外大部分炭浆厂都使用的吸附剂。使用椰壳活性炭吸附时,其表面棱角的磨损是损失载金炭最主要的原因。因此,椰壳活性炭在加入吸附搅拌筒之前,应先进行磨角预处理,去掉活性炭颗粒表面易碎的部分,以减少该部分带来的金银损失。本论文试验比较了几种磨角方法,最终得到在清水介质中搅拌,当搅拌筒与搅拌桨的直径比为2.0:1时,磨角效果较好。通过经济效益预测分析,发现恰当的磨角预处理是十分必要的。

Abstract:Coconut shell activated carbon has been widely used in CIP process as adsorbing material in the world. When using coconut shell activated carbon adsorption, the main reason of loss gold-loaded carbon is the wear of surface. For this reason, we should take steps to polishing pretreatment before put activated carbon into agitation tanks, in order to reduce the fragile parts of activated carbon surface which can cause the loss of gold and silver. This paper compares several polishing pretreatment methods. The conclusion is that mix activated carbon with water; stir the mixture in a container which diameter is exactly twice the stirring paddle diameter. Using this method can obtain good effective activated carbon.Through the forecast of economic benefit analysis, found the appropriate polishing pretreatment is necessary.
