中文摘要: 结合现有铁矿含P高的实际情况,采用CaO-SiO2-FeO -Na2O-Al2O3渣系对中高P铁水进行脱P的实验研究。研究结果表明:脱磷渣系的碱度值ω(CaO)/ω(SiO2)为4时,在相同实验条件下,分别用Al2O3、Na2O、和Al2O3与Na2O的混合物代替常规的CaF2时均可达到更高的脱磷效果;造渣剂分两次加入的脱P效果比一次性加入的更好。当渣系中使用4%(Al2O3) 2%(Na2O)的复合熔剂,分两次加入时,铁水的终点脱磷率可达到96%。
Abstract:According to the actual situation of the high-phosphorus iron ore, the present paper studies the dephosphorization of high-phosphorus hot metal by using CaO-SiO2-FeO-Na2O-Al2O3 slag system. The results show that,under the same experimental conditions, when basicity of ω(CaO)/ω(SiO2) was 4, the effects of dephosphorization using Al2O3、Na2O and the mixture of Al2O3 and Na2O were better than that of using CaF2.The effects of dephosphorization with twice-joining slags were better than the effects of once-joining. When the composite flux with4% (Al2O3) and 2% (Na2O) was used, and was added twice, the dephosphorization rate reached 96%.
