中文摘要: 本文通过理论分析与生产实践结合,明确了铜电解液净化系统中脱除钙(硫酸钙)的具体步骤,在现有净化系统的硫酸铜工序新增脱钙步骤,让硫酸铜结晶母液与室温充分静置并常压通过板框过滤机,使溶液中钙和部分砷、锑、铋等杂质同时脱除,钙脱除率达90%,有效控制了电解液中钙的浓度。
Abstract:The procedure of removal calcium (calcium sulfate) from copper electrolyte at purification system of copper electrolysis was determined, by combining theoretical analysis with production practice. Crystallization mother liquor of copper sulfate was maintained room temperature adequately, then pumped to flow through pressure filter naturally, calcium and part of arsenic, antimony, bismuth, etc, was removed from the solution. The ratio of removal calcium was achieved for 90%, and calcium concentration in copper electrolyte was controlled effectively.
