中文摘要: 本文在流变特性试验的基础上, 运用流变学理论和统计学原理对全尾砂料浆的流变模型和流变参数影响因素进行了研究。深入分析了料浆质量分数、灰砂比、粉煤灰参量、温度以及胶凝时间等因素对流变参数的影响,揭示了其影响的主次顺序和影响规律,并建立了料浆流变参数、工作特性参数与主要影响因素的函数关系,丰富了充填工艺的理论依据。

Abstract:The author explores the rheological model and the influence factors of all tailing slurry on the basis of the rheological properties test by using the rheological theory and statistics principle. Slurry mass fraction, cement-sand ratio, content of fly ash, temperature and The hydration time on the influence of rheological parameter had been analysed deeply. It reveals the primary and secondary order and the effect law. Then the function relationship between slurry rheological properties, operating characteristics and the main influence factors was established, enriching the theoretical basis of backfill process.
