中文摘要: 湖北某地高磷鲕状赤铁矿主要铁矿物为赤褐铁矿,有害杂质磷、硅、铝含量高,难以获得有效利用。针对此原矿铁品位为46.31%,磷含量为1.25%的高磷鲕状赤铁矿进行了磁化焙烧及磨选工艺技术条件试验研究。试验确定了磁化焙烧-磁选,一粗一扫反浮选工艺,在磨矿细度-0.074mm含量占75%、配煤量11%、焙烧温度800℃、焙烧时间30min的条件下可获得铁品位57.17%、回收率82.74%、P含量1.12%的磁选铁精矿产品。磁选精矿采用一粗一扫反浮选工艺提铁降磷,通过该工艺分选后,可获得TFe品位60.53%、回收率70.22%、P含量0.32%的铁精矿产品。
Abstract:Technology of magnetic roasting and separation for a high phosphorus oolitic hematite ore in Hubei was studied, which is mainly red limonite, harmful impurities phosphorus, silicon, aluminum content is high, it is difficult to obtain effective utilization. The results show that an iron concentrate with an iron grade of 57.17%. recovery of 82.74% and phosphorus content of 1.12?n be obtained under the conditions of grinding fineness less than -0.074mm occupying for 75%, coal powder content of 11%,calcination temperature of 800℃, calcination time of 30min. Magnetic concentrate using reverse flotation to enrich iron and reduce phosphorus, Through the Separation process, an iron concentrate with an iron grade of 60.53% . recovery of 70.22% and phosphorus content of 0.32% can be obtained.
