中文摘要: 中色卢安夏巴鲁巴矿580水平中央有轨运输巷道在矿山复产初始围岩夸冒严重,第一次返修使用钢拱架对巷道进行了支护,但无法阻止巷道的不断变形。对巷道变形的机理进行研究,认为巷道围岩存在应力集中现象,并且穿过稳定性较差的矿岩接触带,围岩承载能力低,而支护强度不足,围岩中存在易水化、易膨胀的岩石及裂隙充填物,这些因素促使巷道发生变形。结合巷道变形的原因以及现场实际情况,确定使用“钢拱架 预应力注浆锚索”的联合支护方式,对巷道进行二次修复,使巷道变形得到控制。
Abstract:The 580ml central tramming haulage of CNMC Luanshya copper mine was serious collapsed before the first time repairing that used the arch set for supporting, but it still can’t stop the deformation. After researching on the deformation mechanism, we realized that the there had some problem of stress concentration in the rock, some area was not steady like transition area because the rock in this area is very weak, also there has some rock which was easily hydrated and expanded under the effect of water, and the support was in the poor condition. These were the reasons leading to the deformation. After analyzing and thinking about the condition, we considered that the tunnel should be repaired immediately, the combined support should be used in order to stopping the deformation as soon as possible.
