中文摘要: 湿法锌冶炼中,随浸出进入系统的氟、氯离子影响电解的正常进行。因此含氟氯高的氧化锌烟尘的资源化利用受到制约,另外对电解液净化要求高的大极板电积技术的应用也受到影响。文中分析了氟、氯离子对湿法炼锌系统的危害及在锌冶炼过程的走向。阐述了从锌固体物料和硫酸锌溶液中脱除氟、氯离子的方法。建议湿法系统采用铜渣法除氯,着重联合钙盐法和萃取法的除氟研究,加大针铁矿法同时除氟氯的研究。
Abstract:In zinc extraction process,fluorine and chlorine,lecched into the solution, affect the normal operation of electrolysis.Thus the use of zinc oxide dust containing high fluorine and chlorine should be restricted,meanwhile the promotion of the large plate technology which needs high purity of electrolyte is also affected .In the paper,the harm and the behavior of fluorine and chlorine from zinc industry is analyzed.And the main methods for removal of fluorine and chlorine from zinc slid materials and zinc sulfate solution are summarized.Finally,in wet system ,we conclude that copper slag method should be used to remove chlorine ,study of calcium salt combined method should be emphasised to remove fluorine,reaserch of goethite method should be increased to remove fluorine and chlorine.
