中文摘要: 针对目前露天矿山牙轮钻机寻孔精度不高穿孔作业管理困难的问题,以高精度OEM板卡为基础搭建定位基站与移动站实现亚轮钻机精确定位,并通过LabVIEW与VC 混合编程技术实现远程数据获取与辅助寻孔操作。通过在江西某矿山的YZ-35型牙轮钻机地实际应用:该系统实现了厘米级精度牙轮钻机寻孔以及钻机工作状态的实时监控,提高了钻机的寻孔精度,为露天矿山的爆破质量提高提供了技术支撑。
Abstract:In view of the current open pit mine rotary drill hole searching precisionis not high perforation work management is hard,Build a positioning base station and the mobile station to achieve precise positioning of rotary drill rig based on high precision positioning board,and install the holzer sensor to realize the hole depth monitoring Realize Remote data acquisition and auxiliary hole searching operation based on Hybrid programming technology of LabVIEW and VC .Through the practical application in the YZ-35 type rotary drill rig in a mine of Jiangxi:The system realizes the cm level precision rotary drill digital searching hole, provides technical support for improving the quality of open pit mine blasting.
