中文摘要: 针对我国铝电解吨铝电耗较高的现状,以186kA系列预焙阳极为研究对象,在正常生产条件下,对国内X、Y、Z三厂的阳极炭块压降、钢-炭压降、钢爪压降和爆炸焊压降进行了测量和比较,分析和研究了预焙阳极压降的改善潜力。研究结果表明:国内X、Y、Z三厂预焙阳极,爆炸焊压降均值最大相差12.2mV,钢爪压降均值最大相差19.8mV,钢-炭压降均值最大相差9~26mV,炭块压降均值最大相差275.8mV;炭块压降最小改善潜力为33.4mV,钢-炭压降最小改善潜力为34.2mV,钢爪压降最小改善潜力为8.7mV,爆炸焊压降最小改善潜力为7.9mV;X厂改善潜力有77.4 ~82.9mV, Y厂改善潜力有77mV,Z厂改善潜力有83.4mV。

Abstract:According to the present situation of high aluminium electrolytic power consumption,take 186kA series aluminium electrolytic cell anode as rearch subjects.Under the condition of normal production,X,Y and Z three domestic factory’s anode carbon block voltage drop,steel-carbon voltage drop, steel stub voltage drop and explosive welding voltage drop were measured and compared to analyse and rearch on the reducing potential of pre-baked anode voltge drop.The results show that,,there are a maximum difference up to 12.2mV among X ,Y and Z anode explosive welding average voltage drops, a maximum difference up to 19.8mV among steel stub average voltage drops, a maximum difference from 9mV to 26mV among steel-carbon average voltage drops,and a maximum difference up to 275.8mV among carbon block average voltage drops; Carbon block voltage drop has at least 33.4mV reducing potential,steel-carbon voltage drop at least 34.2mV, steel stub voltage drop at least 8.7mV, explosive welding voltage drop at least 7.9mV;X fatory’s anode voltage drop has reducing potential from 77.4 to 82.9mV,Y fatory’s anode voltage drop 77mV,and Z fatory’s anode voltage drop 83.4mV.
