中文摘要: 利用SiC表面Zeta电位的变化研究了pH值、分散剂类型及用量对SiC磨料悬浮液分散稳定性的影响。结果表明:pH值、分散剂类型及用量对SiC磨料悬浮液分散体系的分散稳定性均有显著影响。当pH=9,添加聚丙烯酸铵分散剂且添加量为0.40%时,SiC表面Zeta电位绝对值最大,此时SiC磨料悬浮液体系的分散稳定性达到最佳。
Abstract:The influence of pH value, dispersant type and dosage on the dispersion stability of SiC abrasive suspension was studied by using Zeta potential on SiC surface. The results show that the pH value, the type and amount of dispersant have significant effect on the dispersion stability of SiC abrasive suspension system. When pH=9, and the addition amount of dispersant was 0.40%,the absolute value of potential of SiC surface was the maximum, and the dispersion stability of the suspension system of SiC was the best.
