中文摘要: 介绍一种新型自动加球机的结构、工作原理和设计方法。该设计通过安装在滚筒表面的抓球装置从储球箱中取球,采用激光传感器对所取的钢球进行非接触检测,并由PLC控制触摸屏计算机,对钢球进行智能辨识和控制,可以解决以往加球机存在的容易卡球、堵球等缺点,使球磨机能够实现定时、定量、按比例自动补加钢球,具有性能可靠、结构紧凑、安装灵活、智能化程度高、功耗低等特点。
Abstract:Intended to introduce the structure, operating principle and design method of the new type of automatic ball adding machine. The design to catch the ball from the storage box by installing a device in the surface of rotary drum, using laser sensor to make non-contact inspection of the steel ball, and equipped with PLC control touch-screen computer to control and recognize the steel balls smartly. It could remedy some shortcomings from the old ball adding machine, for example the balls are more likely get stuck in the machine.It makes ball mill have fixed quantities at fixed times to add steel balls automatically. The design has certain characteristics,such as reliable performance,compact conformation,flexible installation,high level of intelligence,low power consumption and so on.
