中文摘要: 对含砷金矿采用循环流态化焙烧固硫固砷预处理工艺提金。结果表明,对低硫精矿在650℃焙烧条件下,添加氧化钙达到精矿中硫砷反应的计量点,即ω(CaO/精矿)=0.12时,固硫率达到75.5%、固砷率达到95.3%;同样,对碱性脉石含量较高的原生金矿,在700℃焙烧条件下,固硫率达到59.4%,固砷率达到82.3%;相应的焙砂进行氰化浸出,其金的浸出率达到最大。循环流态化焙烧强化了焙烧固硫固砷反应,在精矿与原生金矿的焙烧过程中较好地实现了自洁生产

Abstract:Arsenic-bearing gold ores was preheated by circulating fluid bed(CFB) roaster, while arsenic and sulfur of gold ores was fixed in calcine. The result shown that the S stabilization efficiency was 75.5% and As stabilization efficiency was 95.3%, while the low-sulfur gold concentrate roasting at 650℃, while adding CaO to concentrate with ω(CaO/Concentrate)=0.12 during the concentrate roasting, which was reactin stoichiometric point of As and S with CaO. At the same time, the whole gold ore of much basic gangue roasting at 700℃, the S stabilization efficiency was 59.4% and As stabilization efficiency was 95.3%. The corresponding caline was leached by sodium cyanide, the high extraction efficiency of Au was obtained simultaneously. The As and S stabilization reaction was strengthened by CFB roasting, which the cleaner production of concentrate and whole gold ore roasting was realized preferably.
