中文摘要: 热水洗涤法处理落地油泥在油田得到了广泛应用,但存在浮选效率低、浮渣含固量高等问题。针对该问题,本文提出了落地油泥浮渣提取工艺,介绍了浮渣提取工艺流程和关键设备的结构原理,并通过处理量为50 kg/h的中试实验,证明了浮渣提取设备能够提高浮选品质,降低浮渣含固量,浮渣含油率最高值达到74.1%,显著提高了原油回收效率,为新建大型的落地油泥处理生产线的提供了理论支持。
Abstract:Hot water washing is widely used in oilfields for oil spill cleaning, but problems remain, such as low flotation efficiency and high solid content in froth. Aimed at solving the problem, this paper presents an extraction process and structural principle of the key equipment having a capacity of 50 kg per batch. Test result shows that both flotation efficiency and froth quality as well as recovered oil quality were improved, froth oil content reached 74.1%. It provides a theoretical support for engineering large scale oil spill cleaning production lines.
