中文摘要: 该文对矿山排水泵站整体电耗的三个因素进行分析,指出利用调速和单闭环反馈控制可以解决富裕流量和富裕扬程造成的电能浪费,但对于因为效率偏差造成的电能浪费则无能为力,利用泵站目标电耗技术可以解决效率偏差问题,泵站目标电耗技术同时可以给出泵站的最低电耗值、整体最高运行效率和每度电产水量,利用泵站目标电耗的这一特点,将其应用到矿山排水泵站经济指标设计中来,设计出可预知最低电耗的高能效排水泵站。
Abstract:After analyzing three factors of the overall power consumption in mine drainage pumping station, it pointed out that the use of speed regulating device and single closed-loop feedback control can eliminate the waste of energy caused by the flow rich and lift rich, but is unable to eliminate the waste of energy caused by the efficiency deviation. The Pumping Station Target Power (PSTP) technology can solve this problem, and give the lowest power consumption value and the highest overall efficiency of the mine drainage pumping station. PSTP is applied to the design of mine drainage pumping station according to economic indicators. The highest operation efficiency and the minimum power consumption of the mine drainage pumping station can be predicted.
