中文摘要: 半自磨机(SAG)是磨矿领域的重要设备之一,针对现有的半自磨机用梯形衬板失效频率高的情况,建立了半工业规模的半自磨机模型;依托现有的磨粒磨损相关理论和Hertz-Mindlin with Archard Wear磨损模型,在EDEM软件中建立了复杂形状下不同粒径的颗粒;利用EDEM软件和ANSYS软件进行了DEM-FEM耦合分析,得到了原有衬板的应力分布和不同区域的磨损量并依托上述模拟结果和国外学者做的工业试验对其进行改进;模拟结果表明:改进后的分体式梯形衬板有效的减少了衬板的应力集中现象;耐磨性有了较大的提高,模拟中新型衬板的最大平均磨损量较原有衬板降低了30%,改进效果明显。
Abstract:Semi-autogenous grinding mill(SAG) is one of the important equipment in the field of grinding. In this paper, a SAG mill model of semi-industrial scale is established, because of the high frequency of existing SAG mill Based on the existing theory of abrasive wear and the wear pattern of Hertz-Mindlin with Archard Wear, the particles with different particle diameters under complex shape were established in EDEM software. DEM-FEM coupling analysis was carried out by using EDEM software and ANSYS software. The liner’s improvement is based on the test of foreign scholars and the stress distribution and wear of this simulation. The simulation results shows that the Stress concentration phenomenon decreased and the wear resistance of the liner is improved obviously by adopting the type of split Trapezoidal liner. The maximum average wear loss of the new liner is 30% lower than that of the original liner.
