中文摘要: 采用真空脱水工艺对CaCl2-CaF2熔盐进行处理,研究了脱水温度、脱水时间对CaCl2-CaF2熔盐中H2O、CaO含量的影响,研究了不同粒度对吸水性能的影响以及金属铈溶解度和温度、时间的关系。结果表明:脱水温度500℃、脱水时间5h时,熔盐中的H2O、CaO含量最低;温度800℃、保温时间2h制备的熔盐中的H2O<0.05%、CaO<0.02%;金属铈在熔盐中的溶解度随着熔盐温度、溶解时间的增加逐渐增加;不同粒度的熔盐表现出不同的吸水性能,熔盐粒度越小,吸水性能越强。

Abstract:The CaCl2-CaF2 molten salt was made by the vacuum dewatering process, and the effects of the dewatering temperature and dewatering time on the H2O and CaO, the influence of the different sizes on the watering absorption and the relationships between the solubility of the metal cerium and the temperatures and time were studied. Results showed: the impurities H2O and CaO contents in molten salt were low under the conditions of the dewatering temperature 500 ℃ and the dewaerting time 5hours, the content of the H2O and CaO of the prepared molten salt was <0.05% and <0.02% separately using the process of the temperature 800 ℃ and the keeping time 2hours. The solubility of the metal cerium in molten salt increased gradually with the increase of molten salt temperatures and dissolution time. The water absorption properties of the different particle sizes molten salt were different obviously, the smaller the molten salt grain, the stronger the water absorption performance.
