中文摘要: 结合福建某矿业公司技改前后两种烟气脱硫工艺实践,分别介绍了湿式石灰/石膏法、双碱法在烟气脱硫中工艺反应原理。通过二者间的生产技术指标、石灰耗量及电耗等实践数据对比,论述了该司脱硫技改选用湿式石灰/石膏法的原因。相较于双碱法,采用湿式石灰/石膏法工艺脱硫,不仅环保达标,生产技术指标优异,且年节约成本285.06万元,成效显著。
Abstract:With the transformation of the two kinds of FGD technology practice in a mining company, the paper introduced the reaction principle of wet limestone-gypsum and dual-alkali in FGD process.Through some comparisons that production and technical indication、lime consumption and power consumption of the practical data among the two, the reasons for the selection of wet limestone-gypsum method for the technical modification of the company were discussed.Compared with the dual-alkali method, the wet limestone-gypsum process were used for desulfurization. not only was the environmental protection up to the standard, the production and technical indication was excellent, but the annual cost saving was 2 million 850 thousand and 600 yuan,and the results were remarkable.
