中文摘要: 采用废镁铬砖、氧化铝、碳化硅、磷酸二氢铝为原料制备阳极铜浇铸模具修复剂材料,通过力学实验机、SEM、TG-DTG、XRD分析阳极铜浇铸模具修复剂材料的力学性能、微观形貌、耐热性能及晶型变化。结果表明,配比为30%镁铬砖、30%氧化铝、40%碳化硅,以及液固比为0.6:1的磷酸二氢铝条件下得到阳极铜浇铸模具修复剂材料的形貌表面较为平整无明显气泡产生,抗压强度为7.62MP,抗拉强度为0.403MP,140℃后无结晶水,模具寿命提高39.89%。
Abstract:The anode copper casting mold repairing material was prepared by using waste magnesia chrome brick, alumina, silicon carbide and dihydrogen aluminum phosphate as raw materials. The mechanical properties and microscopic analysis of the anode copper casting mold repairing material were analyzed by mechanical testing machine, SEM, TG-DTG and XRD. Morphology, heat resistance and crystal form change. The results show that the surface morphology of the anode copper casting mold repairing material is better than that of 30% magnesia chrome brick, 30% alumina, 40% silicon carbide, and aluminum dihydrogen phosphate with a liquid-solid ratio of 0.6:1. There is no obvious bubble generation, the compressive strength is 7.62MP, the tensile strength is 0.403MP, there is no crystal water after 140°C, and the die life is increased by 39.89%.
