中文摘要: 氧化锆被广泛用作高温、负载及侵蚀性介质条件下的抗磨损结构构件,对工业生产具有重要意义。现今生产氧化锆的稳定化制备工艺较多,现对几种常见的制备氧化锆的生产技术进行了介绍,并分析了这些制备技术的优势,化学法制备出的氧化锆粒径分布均匀且方法简单易行。溶胶-凝胶法生产的氧化锆粒径小、单分散性能优异。水热法生产出的氧化锆粒径小、纯度高。电熔法生产的氧化锆杂质含量低,致密度高且生产工艺简单。微波热处理制备的氧化锆反应时间短、升温速率快、能耗小。氧化锆的多种制备工艺技术使得其性能应用更加的多样化。
Abstract:Zirconia was widely used as an anti-wear structural element under high temperature, load and aggressive media conditions and was of great importance to industrial manufacture. The current manufacture of zirconia was more stabilization of the preparation process, several common preparation of zirconia manufacture technology were introduced and analyzed the advantages of these preparation techniques, the zirconium oxide prepared by chemical method uniform particle size distribution and the method was simple and easy to do. Sol-gel method to produce fine powder particles, monodisperse excellent stability of zirconia powder. Hydrothermal production of zirconium oxide was small particle size, high purity. Fused zirconium oxide produced by low content of impurities, high density and production process was simple. Zirconia prepared by microwave heat treatment has short reaction time, fast heating rate and low energy consumption. The various preparation technology of zirconia makes its application more diversified.
