      通过对矿石性质的研究、选冶试验分析,并结合国内外类似矿山生产实践经验,对塔吉克斯坦某金矿设计了合理的选冶工艺流程。设计的选别流程为三段一闭路破碎、两段闭路磨矿、重选 浮选的流程;设计的冶金工艺流程为氰化浸出、洗涤锌粉置换、精炼等。所采用的的工艺流程设计合理,设备选型正确,工业实施后选冶指标均达到设计水平。
英文摘要:
      Through the study of ore properties, analysis of dressing and metallurgy test, and the experience of similar mine production practice at home and abroad, a reasonable dressing and metallurgical process was designed for a gold mine in Tajikistan. The design process of ore dressing included three stage crushing with a closed one, two stage closed grinding, gravity separation and flotation; and the designed metallurgical process included cyanide leaching, washing zinc dust replacement, refining and so on. The process flow is rational and sizing of equipment appropriate, processing and metallurgical indicators after industrial application is up to engineering design standard.
