中文摘要:
      为提高TiC/Cu复合材料的摩擦性能,对不同TiC掺量条件下TiC/Cu复合材料的摩擦磨损性能进行试验分析,研究结果表明:与基体试样相比复合材料的磨损系数较低,且在低载荷磨损时磨损性能更佳,TiC含量增加到3%时的摩擦系数最低。通过磨损形貌分析发现,基体材料主要为黏着磨损,复合材料的磨损行为表现为氧化、粘着和剥层磨损,且复合材料中的TiC颗粒能很好的抵抗粘着磨损的作用,从而使得复合材料的磨损表面磨损程度减轻。
英文摘要:
      In order to improve the friction properties of TiC/Cu composite, The friction and wear properties of TiC/Cu composites with different TiC content are tested and analyzed. The results show that the wear coefficient of the composite is lower than that of the matrix, and the wear performance is better at low load wear and the friction coefficient is the lowest when the content of TiC is increased to 3%. Through the wear morphology analysis, it is found that the matrix material is mainly adhesive wear, and the wear behavior of the composites is oxidized, adhesive and stripped, and the TiC particles in the composite can resist the adhesion and wear, thus the wear surface wear of the composites is reduced.
