      以某铅锌浮选尾矿为研究对象,采用“尾矿再磨-铅锌混合浮选-活化选锌”工艺对原尾矿中的有价金属元素进行综合回收试验研究。结果表明:在磨矿细度-0.074mm占82%的条件下,以乙硫氮和丁基黄药为铅锌混选捕收剂;锌浮选采用硫化钠和硫酸铜活化,以丁基黄药和异戊基黄药为捕收剂,在开路实验中所得浮选产品中铅锌混精中铅、锌的回收率分别为36.4%和18.0%,锌粗精中锌的回收率达到57.6%;原尾矿中有价元素得到了有效的回收。

      The recovery of valuable elements from flotation tailings was conducted by a technical process consisting of regrinding of tailings, mix-flotation of lead-zinc ore and activated flotation of zinc. The results indicate that the recovery rates of lead and zinc in mixed concentrate were 36.4% and 18.0% respectively, the recovery of zinc in coarse concentrate was 57.6% in the open circuit experiment; Under the conditions that the grinding fineness of -0.074mm was accounted for 82%, Ethyl thiazide and butyl xanthate were selected as collectors for mix-flotation of lead and zinc, sodium sulfide and copper sulphate were used to activated zinc ore with butyl xanthate and isoamyl xanthate used as collectors. The valuable elements in the original flotation tailings could be effectively recovered.
