中文摘要: 锰在钢铁工业、有色冶金、电池、电子等领域的应用日益广泛。为提高大量低品位软锰矿的资源利用率,特别是由软锰矿生产一氧化锰工艺的优化,为了进一步降低生产成本,从而推动锰矿资源的高效利用和锰系产品的质量升级。本文综述了近年来国内外低品位软锰矿的还原工艺及研究进展,同时重点介绍了湿法浸出低品位软锰矿工艺中还原剂的选择与应用,旨在为不同的低品位软锰矿进行合理的开发和利用提供理论依据。
Abstract:Manganese has been widely applied in the steel industry, non-ferrous metallurgy, batteries, electronics and other fields. Therefore, for improving the resource utilization rate of a large number of low-grade pyrolusite, especially the optimization of the process of producing manganese monoxide from pyrolusite, and reducing the production cost, further to promote the efficient utilization of manganese ore resources and the quality upgrade of manganese products, the reduction process and research progress of low-grade pyrolusite at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed in this paper; moreover, the selection and application of reducing agent in wet leaching low-grade pyrolusite process were introduced, aiming at providing a theoretical basis for the rational development and utilization of different low-grade pyrolusite.
