      运用MLA650矿物分析仪对钒渣钠化焙烧过程中物相变化及钒元素迁移特征进行了研究。结果表明:328℃之前,钒渣已开始发生氧化, 452℃左右铁橄榄石相分解完全,产物为氧化铁以及锥辉石、钠长石等硅酸盐;619℃左右钒铁尖晶石相分解完全,产物为氧化铁、铁板钛矿及钒酸钠;焙烧过程中氧化铁及钒酸钠的含量逐步增加,钒铁尖晶石及铁橄榄石含量逐渐减少;焙烧过程中V元素主要由钒铁尖晶石向钒酸钠迁移,部分V元素进入氧化铁以及锥辉石等硅酸盐相。

      The characteristics on phase transformation and Vanadium migration of vanadium slag in sodium roasting were studied by means of MLA650 mineral analyzer. The results showed that vanadium slag had begun to oxidize before 328℃, and the fayalite phase was completely decomposed at about 452℃, the product was iron oxide, acmite, albite and other silicates. At about 619℃, vanadium-iron spinel was decomposed completely, the product was iron oxide, pseudobrookite and sodium vanadate. In roasting process, the content of iron oxide and sodium vanadate increased gradually, and the content of vanadium-iron spinel and fayalite decreased significantly. Vanadium mainly transported from vanadium-iron spinel to sodium vanadate, some entered into iron oxide, acmite and other silicates in the process.
