中文摘要: 针对白云鄂博低品位铁矿石在系统研究其矿石性质的基础上,采用BX型强磁选机进行磁选工艺试验研究,结果表明,原矿石TFe品位16.52%,通过干磁抛尾-两段磨矿-三段选别的工艺流程,可获得产率16.54%、TFe品位65.31%、TFe回收率65.39%、S、P含量分别为0.36%和0.07%的铁精矿,为该低品位铁矿石的高效利用提供技术支持。
Abstract:Based on the systematic study of the ore properties of Baiyun Obo low-grade iron ore, the magnetic separation process with BX high-intensity magnetic separator was studied. The results show that the iron grade of the raw ore is 16.52%, The iron concentrate with yield of 16.54%, TFe grade of 65.31%, TFe recovery of 65.39%, S and P content of 0.36% and 0.07% respectively can be obtained by the dry magnetic discarding - two stage grinding- three stage mineral processing technology. Test results provide a feasible technical approach for the rational utilization of the low-grade iron ore.
