中文摘要: 在中国经济已经步入新常态背景下,企业如何建立科学合理的采购成本控制体系,达到降本增效,对企业持续发展非常重要。通过分析矿业企业现状,结合矿山运营对采购管理分析,提出几点思考,希望可以对矿业行业企业更合理、更有效地采购提供一定参考,更好地为企业降本增效。
Abstract:To reduce costs and increase efficiency, establishing scientific and reasonable purchasing cost control system is very important for the sustainable development of enterprises under the new situation of China"s economy. By analyzing the current situation of mining enterprises and mine operation, several suggestions are put forward on purchasing management. Hope to provide some reference for more reasonable and efficient purchase of mining enterprises in order to better reduce costs and increase efficiency.
