      本文以铁尾矿和铜矿渣为原料,成功制备尾矿渣复合胶凝材料。通过分析球磨时间、胶砂比、料浆浓度、矿渣含量、激发剂、减水剂、水泥熟料、养护条件与胶凝材料力学性能的关系,探讨矿渣胶凝体系水化机理,确定矿渣胶凝材料制备工艺条件。当矿渣胶凝体系配比为铜矿渣:石灰:石膏:萘系减水剂=79.8%:4.2%:16%:0.5%、矿渣胶凝体系球磨时间25min、充填体中矿渣胶凝体系:水泥熟料:氢氧化钠:铁尾矿=20%:5%:0.5%:74.5%、料浆浓度为75%时为充填材料的最好配比,在此条件下,5%水泥填料,试块28d抗压强度为3.62MPa。添加水泥占充填料总量8%时,试块28d抗压强度达到6.57MPa,满尾矿渣复合胶凝材料制备研究足矿山充填胶凝材料的需求。

      In this paper, tailings slag composite cementing material was prepared by iron tailings and copper slag. By analyzing the ball milling time, sand ratio, concentration of slurry, slag content, exciting agent, water reducing agent, cement clinker, curing conditions and gelling material mechanical properties, the relationship between hydration mechanism of slag cementitious system, slag cementitious materials preparation technology conditions were determined. When the ratio of slag cementitious system was copper slag:limestone:gypsum:naphthalene water reducing agent = 79.8% : 4.2% : 16% : 0.5%, slag cementitious system ball grinding time of 25 min, filling in the slag cementitious system: cement clinker:sodium hydroxide:iron tailings = 20% : 5% : 0.5% : 74.5%. Slurry concentration was 75% for the best proportion of packing material in this condition. 5% cement block 28d compressive strength is 3.62 MPa. When the total amount of cement filling is 8%, the test block 28d compressive strength reaches 6.57mpa. It is suitable for the demand of the mine filling cementing material.
