中文摘要: 高品质硫精矿制酸是提高矿产资源综合利用率及环境保护水平的重要途径。本文综述了硫精矿深度精选的技术难点与重要性,以及浮选、重选、磁选及选—冶联合工艺在硫精矿深度精选综合回收有用组分及降低砷含量、脉石矿物含量的进展,重点指出了浮选是硫精矿深度精选提质最有效的方法,新型高效砷矿物抑制剂是含砷硫精矿浮选降砷的关键,重选—浮选、磁选—浮选联合工艺可使硫精矿深度精选更加简单易行及经济环保,但复杂难选的硫精矿则需要使用选—冶联合工艺。
Abstract:This article introduces the importance of sulfur concentrates further concentration, and comments on the use of high-quality sulfur concentrates as an important way to increase the overall interest rate and environmental protection level of mineral resources. The technical difficulties and importance in further concentration of sulfur concentrate were analyzed. The progress of flotation, magnetic separation, chemical beneficiation and combined processes for the comprehensive recovery of useful components and the reduction of arsenic content and gangue mineral content in the further concentration of sulphur concentrates are reviewed. It is pointed out that flotation is the most effective technology for upgrading of sulphur oncentrates. The research focus of arsenic-containing sulfur concentrates for arsenic reduction is focused on the use of new depressants of arsenic mineral. Combined processes can make sulfur concentrates more economical, environmentally friendly, and simple to implement. Some refractory sulphur concentrates may require the use of a combined process.
