中文摘要: 摘 要:云南某含铜铁尾矿资源储量大,为实现含铜尾矿资源的二次利用,对该尾矿进行工艺矿物学研究。结果表明:尾矿中铜品位为0.15%,铁品位为15.54%,主要的金属铜矿物为黄铜矿,它占铜总量的66.67%。其中铁矿物主要以硅酸铁和菱铁矿为主,磁铁矿的含量占6.71%,脉石矿物中主要成分为SiO2和Al2O3,其含量分别为 33.42%和 7.66%。矿石的结构呈半自型晶结构,矿物嵌布粒度比较均匀,粒径在0.005㎜~0.05㎜之间;目的矿物的单体解离度约为80%,如何实现黄铜矿和磁铁矿的有效回收对该资源的开发利用具有重要的实践意义。
Abstract:Abstract:The copper-bearing iron tailing in Yunnan Province has a large reserve. In order to realize the secondary utilization of this resource, the technological mineralogy of the tailings was studied. The results showed that the copper grade in tailings was 0.15% and iron grade was 15.54%. The main copper mineral was chalcopyrite, which accounted for 66.67% of total copper, while the iron ore was mainly ferrosilicate and siderite and the content of magnetite was 6.71%. The main components of gangue minerals were SiO2 and Al2O3, and their contents were 33.42% and 7.66% respectively. The structure of ore presented semi-automorphic crystal structure, and the size of minerals was relatively uniform, ranging from 0.005 to 0.05 mm. The dissociation degree of target minerals was about 80%. Hence, recovering chalcopyrite and magnetite effectively was of a great practical significance for the development and utilization of this resource.
