中文摘要: 近年来在我国的开采和冶炼给周边的生态环境带来了严重的污染。LCA作为一种重要的环境管理工具,对于改善产品的生产工艺、减少环境污染,开展环境与产品、工艺协调性具有重要的意义。本文通过对G公司的广泛调研,并运用生命周期评价方法对该企业生产的湿法冶炼分离产品(REO)的全生命周期的环境影响进行了分析。选取了不可再生化石能源ADP、全球增温潜势GWP、酸化效应AP、光化合效应POCP、人体健康危害HT环境影响类型做为G公司湿法冶炼分离产品生命周期的主要环境影响类型。并将各生产工序对环境影响类型的贡献进行了比较,得到该企业在生产过程中应着重优化灼烧工序阶段,控制生产过程中的SO2的排放。

Abstract:In recent years, mining and smelting in China have brought serious pollution to the surrounding ecological environment. As an important environmental management tool, LCA is of great significance for improving the production process of products, reducing environmental pollution, and carrying out environmental, product and process coordination. Through extensive research on G company and the life cycle assessment method, this paper analyzes the environmental impact of the wet smelting and separation product (REO) produced by the company. The non-renewable fossil energy ADP, global warming potential GWP, acidification effect AP, photochemical effect POCP, human health hazard HT environmental impact type were selected as the main environmental impact types of G company wet smelting and separation product life cycle. The contribution of each production process to the type of environmental impact is compared, and the company should focus on optimizing the burning process stage in the production process to control the SO2 emissions during the production process.
