中文摘要: 针对难浸金矿的预处理工艺,生物氧化法以其绿色环保、操作简单、设备投资低等优势,成为了一种比较成熟的预处理技术。而在金矿预处理后的提金过程中,硫脲浸金法因其具有环保无毒、高效、浸出速度快等优点,成为了一种很有发展前景的非氰提金法。因此生物氧化预处理—硫脲浸金联合工艺以其环境友好、条件温和、浸金效率高等优势成为了难处理金矿浸金的研究热点。本文详细介绍了生物氧化预处理技术的原理,硫脲浸金法的反应机理和研究进展,以及生物氧化预处理—硫脲浸金联合工艺的研究现状及其应用前景。并对该体系下影响硫脲浸金的因素进行了实验探索,得到了该体系下较优的硫脲浸出条件为:温度25℃、pH 1.5、液固比5:1、硫脲浓度25kg/t、浸出时间5 h、搅拌速度350 r/min。
Abstract:For the pretreatment process of refractory gold ore, bio-oxidation method has become a relatively mature pretreatment technology because of its advantages of environmental protection, simple operation and low investment in equipment. In the process of gold extraction after gold ore pretreatment, thiourea leaching has become a promising non-cyanide gold extraction method because of its advantages of environmental protection, non-toxicity, high efficiency and fast leaching speed. Therefore, the combined process of bio-oxidation pretreatment and thiourea leaching of gold has become a research hotspot for gold leaching from refractory gold ores because of its advantages of environmentally friendly, mild conditions and high leaching efficiency. In this paper, the principle of bio-oxidation pretreatment technology, the reaction mechanism and research progress of thiourea gold leaching, and the research status and application prospect of the combined process of bio-oxidation pretreatment and thiourea gold leaching are introduced in detail. The factors affecting the leaching of gold with thiourea were studied experimentally. The optimum leaching conditions of thiourea under this system were obtained as follows: temperature 25 ℃, pH 1.5, liquid-solid ratio 5:1, thiourea concentration 25 kg/t, leaching time 5 h, stirring speed 350 r/min.
