中文摘要: 以兰坪氧化铅锌矿为研究对象,进行-1+0.074mm、-2+1mm、-3+2mm、-5+3mm四个单粒级物料的磨矿动力学试验,在此基础上利用拉苏莫夫球径经验公式,建立氧化铅锌矿球径模型,并根据各类球径配比与被磨混合物料中各粒级的质量百分率大体相同的原则,计算出适宜初装球制度为:φ3mm、φ8mm、φ14mm、φ18mm钢球分别占15%、30%、38%、17%。用此装球制度对原矿(-2+0.00mm)进行磨矿,与经验装球制度相比,磨矿产物中矿泥(难浮粒级-0.01mm)产率降低5.18%,中等可浮粒级-0.02+0.01 mm降低1.34%,易浮粒级+0.02 mm产率提高6.52%,实现了选择性磨矿,改善了氧化锌矿物的浮选环境,从而使氧化锌精矿品位提高0.62%、回收率提高3.45%,锌总回收率从83.24%提高到86.69%。
Abstract:Grinding kinetics tests were performed for mineral materials with single sizes of -1+0.074mm, -2+1mm, -3+2mm and -5+3mm respectively, which were obtained from Lanping Lead-zinc Oxide Ore Mine. Based on that, the ball diameter model, was established for lead-zinc oxide ore by using Razumov’s empirical ball diameter formula, According to the principle that the ratios of various ball diameters are basically the same as the mass percentages of single-sized materials in mixed materials to be milled, the appropriate initial ball system was obtained: namely, φ3mm, φ8mm, φ14mm and φ18mm steel balls account for 15%, 30%, 38%, and 17% respectively. Then, this ball system was used for grinding raw ore (-2+0.00mm), and compared to the empirical ball system, the yield of the slime (-0.01mm, unable to float) reduced by 5.18%, the yield of the moderately floatable particles with the size of -0.02+0.01 mm reduced by 1.34%, and the yield of the easily floatable particles with the size of +0.02 mm increased by 6.52%. Selective grinding was realized and the flotation environment for zinc oxide minerals was improved, thus resulting in an increase of 0.62% in the concentrate grade of zinc oxide and an increase of 3.45% from 83.24% to 86.69% in the total zinc recovery rate.
