小长冲河矿段顶板控制数值模拟研究

中文摘要: 金属矿床地下开采过程中,顶板控制直接影响到采场地压控制。针对小长冲河采场顶板不处理时,采空区的极限暴露面积比较小,随着矿体倾角的增大,顶板冒落范围也不断扩大,导致开采过程中矿石损失贫化严重。研究认为直接顶板铝土页岩是影响矿体开采的主要因素,通过对该矿段采场运用3D-σ有限元软件进行数值模拟分析,分别模拟研究了留点柱、锚杆护顶、留矿石护顶层三种不同的顶板控制方案,得出三种不同模拟方案下采场稳定性,综合模拟分析结果,最终提出采用留点柱、锚杆护顶、留矿石护顶层相结合的方法进行开采,该方案不仅有效控制了顶板冒落,而且相对于单独留点柱支撑顶板方案而言,能大大增加点柱之间矿块的距离(跨度从6~8m增加至14m左右),进而增加了采场暴露面积,达到减少矿石损失贫化的目的。
Abstract:In the process of underground mining of metal deposits, the roof control directly affects the ground pressure control of the stope. Aimed at the roof of xiaochangchonghe stope is not disposed, the limit exposure area of the goaf is small relatively,with the increase of the dip angle of the ore body, the roof caving boundary is also expanding, which leads to ore loss and dilution seriously in the mining process. Research suggests that direct roof bauxite shale is the main factor affecting ore body mining,3D-σ finite element software was used for numerical simulation analysis of the stope,three different roof control schemes are simulated and researched, including point retention column, anchor roof protection, and ore retention top layer,obtained stope stability under three different simulation scenarios,comprehensive simulation analysis results,finally, it is proposed to use a combination of retaining point pillars, anchoring roof protection, and retaining ore protection top layer for mining,this solution not only effectively controls the roof fall, but also can increase the distance greatly among the ore blocks between the points and pillars compared with the plan of supporting the roof with separate point pillars(span increased from 6 ~8m to about 14m),Furthermore, the exposed area of the stope has been increased to achieve the purpose of reducing the ore loss and dilution.
