中文摘要: 国内地下矿山传统的装药、爆破作业方式落后,装药效率、装药质量及爆破安全性难以满足矿山高质量发展的趋势。本文结合炸药现场混装技术在杏山铁矿的应用实例,详细介绍了BCJ-4(I)型混装车与配套地面站组成的地下矿用乳化炸药现场混装技术。实践证明,该技术安全、高效、可靠、自动化程度高,实现了地下矿用乳化基质的长距离输送,可满足垂直上向40 m深孔的自动装填与耦合装药,作业效率明显优于传统地下矿装药方式,并且劳动强度显著降低,爆破效果明显提高,该技术为地下矿山的深部高效开采提供了保障。
Abstract:The traditional charging and blasting methods are backward in the domestic underground mines. Charging efficiency, charging quality and blasting safety are difficult to meet the needs of the high quality development of the mine. Combined on the practice of the application using the technology of site mixing and loading system for explosive which was used in the Xing-shan underground mines,this paper full introduced the mature technology which composed of charging truck of the type BCJ-4(I) and supporting ground station for the underground mines. The practices had been proved that the technology was safe, efficient, reliable and automatic, the new technology could be used for transporting the emulsion matrix for underground mining in long distance, and also could be met the requirements of automatic loading and coupling charging explosive in 40 m deep up-hole. Compared with the traditional charging methods of the underground mines, the new technology had the advantages of higher working efficiency, lower labor intensity and better blasting effect. It was believed that the new technology would be guarantee for deep and efficient mining of underground mines.
