中文摘要: 刚果金某难选铜钴矿,碳及黏土矿物含量高,矿石性质较为复杂。根据该矿的矿石性质、选矿试验研究结果,结合类似选厂的生产实践,设计对试验推荐流程进行了优化。设计选别工艺兼顾处理上部氧化矿、中部混合矿、深部原生矿以及地表堆存氧化矿这几种不同类型的矿石,流程适应性强,且易于现场操作管理,从而有效地实现了该复杂铜钴矿资源的选矿利用,同时也为国内外其它类似铜钴矿的开发利用提供了借鉴。
Abstract:There is a refractory copper-cobalt ore with high content of carbon and clay minerals in DRC. According to the ROM properties and benefication test results and the production practice of similar plant, the recommended test flowsheet was optimized. Design benefication process considered the processing of several different types of ore, such as upper oxidized ore, central mixed ore, deep primary sulfide ore, as well as the surface stockpiling oxidized ore, provides a reference for the development and utilization of domestic?and?international similar copper and cobalt ore due to the strong adaptability and operability.
