中文摘要: 文中介绍了以高品位杂铜为为原料NGL炉冶炼工艺及生产实践,通过对比各种废杂铜处理系统的主要技术经济指标,表明本工艺集成氮气搅拌及稀氧燃烧系统,天然气单耗由设计值65m3降至40m3,节能效率明显;结合倾动炉和回转式阳极炉优点,创新设计NGL炉体,自动化程度高,环保好;实现“一段法”工艺冶炼原料为Cu85%以上废杂铜,产出含Cu≥99.2%的阳极铜。
Abstract:This study introduces the smelting process and production practice of NGL furnaces using high-grade miscellaneous copper as raw materials. By comparing the main technical and economic indicators of various waste miscellaneous copper treatment systems, it is shown that this process integrates nitrogen stirring and dilute oxygen combustion system The unit consumption of natural gas was reduced from the design value of 65m3 to 40m3, and the energy saving efficiency is obvious; combining the advantages of the tilting furnace and the rotary anode furnace, the NGL furnace body is innovatively designed, with high degree of automation and good environmental protection; Copper, producing anode copper containing Cu ≥ 99.2%.
