中文摘要: 针对含镍的FCC废催化剂(催化裂化催化剂),采用酸浸、焙烧-酸浸、氨浸、还原焙烧-氨浸、氯化焙烧工艺进行镍脱除试验,镍脱除率分别为16.64%、10%、0.8%、23.92%和64.53%,渣含镍>0.1%,无法达到一般工业固废标准。然后采用还原熔炼工艺处理FCC废催化剂,当氧化铁添加量11%、煤粉添加量5%、熔炼温度1450℃、保温时间2h时,镍脱除率达到92.6%,熔炼渣含镍0.06%,达到一般工业固废标准。

Abstract:The process of acid leaching, roasting-acid leaching, ammonia leaching, reduction roasting- ammonia leaching, chloridizing roasting were used for removal of Ni from FCC Waste Catalyst. The removal rate of Ni are 16.64%、10%、0.8%、23.92% and 64.53%, respectively. And the treated residue which the nickel content is more than 0.1% cannot meet the standards for general industrial solid wastes. Then the FCC Waste Catalyst was treated by the process of reduction smelting. When the waste catalyst was reduction smelted at 1450 ℃ for 2 hour with addition of 11% of Fe2O3 and 5% of anthracite, the removal rate of Ni was 92.6%. The smelting slag which the nickel content is 0.06% can meet the standards for general industrial solid wastes.
