中文摘要: 随着对钼市场需求量的增大,导致钼尾矿逐年聚积,弃用的钼尾矿不仅对生态环境造成潜在的隐患,也严重制约了企业及社会的经济发展。由于钼尾矿中含有大体量的碳酸盐矿物和硅酸盐矿物等,因此从中回收非金属矿物是矿产综合利用的一个重要环节,可缓解尾矿堆存问题。本文综合评述了钼尾矿的资源特点以及综合回收非金属矿物生产工艺、研究现状及进展,如方解石、白云石、云母、金红石等矿物的回收,并提出了回收过程中存在的一些问题,同时也针对目前存在的问题提出了合理化建议。

Abstract:With the increasing in demand for molybdenum market, molybdenum tailings has been being accumulated year by year. The abandoned molybdenum tailings not only cause potential hidden dangers to the ecological environment, but also severely restrict the economic development of enterprises and society. Since molybdenum tailings contain a large amount of carbonate minerals and silicate minerals and so on, the recovery of non-metallic minerals is an important part of the comprehensive utilization of minerals, which can alleviate the tailings stacking problem. In this paper, the resource characteristics of molybdenum tailings and the production process, research status and progress of comprehensive recovery of non-metallic minerals were reviewed, involving the comprehensive recovery of calcite, dolomite, mica, rutile and other minerals, meanwhile, some problems in the recovery process were discussed, and reasonable suggestions were also put forward.
