中文摘要: 某铜铁银多金属矿中铜、铁品位分别为1.34%、41.09%,并伴生有益组分银,综合回收价值较大。矿石中的铜矿物主要以黄铜矿、黝铜矿形式存在,铜矿物原生粒度细;铁矿物主要为菱铁矿,多呈致密块状集合体形式存在;伴生元素银多以硫化物和难溶矿物包裹银形式存在。基于矿石特性,综合回收试验采用“自然pH浮选铜-铜尾矿中性焙烧-弱磁选铁”的工艺流程,创新性的以Mac-12与叔十二硫醇作为铜浮选组合捕收剂,实现了矿石中铜矿物及铁矿物的有效回收;同时矿石中伴生银矿物也得到了有效富集,综合回收指标优异。
Abstract:The grades of copper and iron in a copper-iron-silver polymetallic ore are 1.34% and 41.09%, respectively, which accompanied by beneficial component silver. The ore has a large comprehensive recovery value. The copper mineral in the ore mainly exists in the form of chalcopyrite and tetrahedrite, which is in the form of leaching, clumpy or fine veins. The iron mineral mainly exists in the form of siderite, and mostly in the form of dense block aggregates. The accompanying element silver is in the form of sulphides and insoluble minerals wrapped in silver. Based on the characteristics of the ore, the comprehensive recovery test adopted the process of "natural pH flotation copper, tailings neutral roasting and weak magnetic iron", which realized the effective recovery of copper minerals and iron minerals in the ore, while the accompanying silver minerals in the ore were also effectively enriched. The comprehensive recovery index was excellent.
