中文摘要: 铜冶炼渣浮选会产生大量尾矿,尾矿中的铁含量远高于我国铁矿石的平均品位。为了实现铜渣选铜尾矿的资源化利用,选取云南某炼铜企业的铜渣选铜尾矿作为原料,无烟煤作为还原剂,采用煤基还原的方法制备微电解填料;并研究填料制备工艺条件对其处理甲基橙的影响。结果表明,在焙烧温度1 300 ℃、焙烧时间60 min、无烟煤用量为铜渣选铜尾矿质量30%的条件下制备的填料对甲基橙降解的效果最好,提高填料用量可以增加降解效果。在甲基橙初始pH值为2~10的条件下,用填料处理30 min,甲基橙的脱除率接近100%。
Abstract:Abstract: Flotation of copper smelting slag will produce a large amount of tailings, and the iron content in the tailings is much higher than the average grade of iron ore in my country. In order to realize the resource utilization of copper flotation tailings, this study selected copper flotation tailings of a copper smelting enterprise in Yunnan as the raw material, anthracite as the reducing agent, and the coal-based reduction method was used to prepare micro-electrolytic fillers; and the effect of filler preparation process conditions on its treatment of methyl orange was studied. The results showed that: the micro-electrolysis filler prepared under the conditions for treating the simulated of mass ratio of anthracite to copper slag flotation tailings mass ratio of anthracite to copper slag flotation tailings 30%, roasting temperature at 1300℃ for 60 min had the best degradation effect on treatment of the methyl orange. Increasing the amount of filler could promote the degradation effect. When the initial pH value ranging from 2 to 10, the removal rate of methyl orange is close to 100% after being treated with fillers for 30 min.
