中文摘要: 湿法炼锌采用还原-氧化法(V.M.针铁矿法),对硫化锌精矿氧压浸出液中的铁离子进行去除,探究不同通气方式和氧气流量对除铁过程的影响。研究发现氧气的传质对氧化除铁过程有显著的影响,强化搅拌对氧气的传质影响较小,但曝气可以大大提高氧气的分散度,增加氧气传质,加快Fe2+氧化速率,从而提高铁的去除效率率。研究结果表明,氧气流量≥1l/min时,氧气流量对铁的去除影响较小;在不添加晶种时,曝气氧化除铁形成大量非晶态的物质,该物质可能是铁水化合物(5Fe2O3.9H2O),因吸附其他离子,阻碍沉淀物向针铁矿转变。研究结果将对湿法炼锌过程中的还原-氧化法(V.M.针铁矿法)除铁具有一定的参考价值。
Abstract:reduction-oxidation process (V.M. goethite process) is used in zinc hydrometallurgy to remove iron ions from oxygen pressure leaching solution of zinc sulfide concentrate, and the influence of different aeration modes and oxygen flow rate on iron removal process is explored. It is found that the mass transfer of oxygen has a significant effect on the process of iron removal by oxidation, and the effect of intensified stirring on the mass transfer of oxygen is small. However, aeration can greatly improve the dispersion of oxygen, increase the mass transfer of oxygen, and accelerate the oxidation rate of Fe2+, so as to improve the iron removal efficiency. The results show that when the oxygen flow rate is more than 1 L/min, the oxygen flow rate has little effect on the iron removal; when no seed crystal is added, a large number of amorphous substances are formed in the aeration oxidation iron removal, which may be the hot metal compound (5Fe2O3.9H2O), which hinders the transformation of the precipitate to goethite due to its adsorption of other ions. The research results will have a certain reference value for iron removal by reduction oxidation method (V.M. goethite process) in zinc hydrometallurgy.
